Test
Following an "upgrade" to Firefox 3.6, a "Missing Security Token" error is returned whenever a post is submitted.
This post was submitted via Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Any ideas as to what needs to be done to Firefox to once more enable iRV2.com's love and respect?
Thanks,

Clear your cache and cookies of all items and try it again. It works for some, but not all.
Also, if clearing does not work, go to Firefox web site and download and install the "latest" version, even if you have it.
Edited: Go to Firefox web page and submit a question, or call them. This seems to be an on-going problem and you are not alone. I run FF on this computer and the iMac with no problem with 3.6.

Thanks, Wayne. We arrived at the same idea at the same time. I was clearing cache while you were posting the above message.
It worked.
Thanks again,
Dave

That's great Dave. Nothing more than to be frustrated by new software.
I guess I was lucky in that I clear my cache and cookies fairly regularly. Everyone needs to do that. But remember that clearing the cookies means you need to know what your passwords are. Especially if you told the web site to remember you. It is not there software that remembers you, but the cookie they put on your computer that identifies you and checks you in.
Also, for all, if you are ever able to connect to your starting page, but then have problems connecting anywhere else, well, that starting page is starting up from your cache. Another good reason to clear it out.

I checked the Firfox Help website and found that there are many problems with FF 3.6 including missing security tokens.
There are instructions there for downgrading to FF3.5.7 which is a stable version.
I just did that and now I hope the missing token problem stays away. I also turned the FF auto update off to prevent FF 3.36 trying to install itself.
