Mobley speed?

I normally get 10-12 MBPS download speed. For the last few days it has dropped down to 5-6 MBPS. Is anyone else having this problem?

I noticed last time I used my unit that it was severely capped on speed.

I wonder if AT&T has throttled all of them. We certainly haven't used a lot of data, no streaming or anything!

Mobley speed?

Just check mine. 25 down, 12 up. No problems.

BTW, got mine when offering the “good” monthly price. Not sure that makes any difference.

I think a lot is going to depend on the cell tower capabilities nearby. We are on Grand Island NY (Niagara Falls) and I'm only getting 3.53 down and 7.5 up.

I just tried three different speed checkers

1) download 18.8
upload 12.5

2) download 22
upload 15

3) download 26.8
up[load 15.8

I have noticed a slow down at times, but mainly during hours that you would think it was contributed to be busy times on the towers.

I had this issue a while back and I found my Directv HR44 receiver was choking it down. Check what you have using it to see if anything is choking it down. I just did the speedtest and I have 18 down and 17 up.

I think it’s your area/tower. We’re currently at Kentucky Horse Park. A lot more people came in last night. Place will probably fill up for the weekend. Just checked mine again. Now getting 6-10 downloads. My tower routers are probably working pretty hard.

Man I am really glad to hear all of these reports. We don't use ours for streaming, just my work VPN and the automation for the RV. With just that little load I could tell the difference last time.

Probably related to your particular location. I’m on our Mobley right now and seeing 26mbs download speeds.

Also if it’s been on a while try unplugging it to reboot the device.

I have noticed that they seem to slow down over time. I know of many that put the AC power adapter on a timer to automatically reboot the device during the overnight time.

Just checked mine in the Sioux Falls, SD area (zip 57101); Download 25.4 mbps & upload 16.4 mbps.
The second run was about the same as well.
