After living through the nightmares caused by their ASC2003 dish, I couldn't be more impressed with Winegards Slimline HD dish. We began full timing in September and got the new dish installed at that time. Not only has it been trouble free, but I'm amazed at how well it can find a signal through the trees!

We pulled into Soffolk, Va today in the middle of thunder storms and found out that from the only site available our dish would point directly into surrounding trees. Now, normally this wouldn't be a big issue. But tonight is the final ever episode of LOST and my wife... well, we just don't want to know what she would do if anything came between her and her show tonight.

I pushed the sat button to let it search while we went through our set up figuring it was worth a shot. 15 minutes later it was still "searching for signal" and the slimline display showed it was "peaking" the signal. Then, to my surprise, it locked on all sats and all is good with the world. Mama's happy...
