My RV has a Motosat.Executive 24'' dish.
My problem is that when the wind gets to about 15 mph, it blows the dish out of position.A Motosat dealer replaced the motor but it didn't help.
Does anyone have a similar problem?
Gene

You have to take the shroud off and see where the slack is. If is is a screw what is sloppy in the hole it is in, you can enlarge to the next size with a drill and then use a larger screw. Motosat technical support can help with this.

I doubt this would be an issue of chain slack unless the OP is saying that the dish is flopping around in the wind. It sounds like the dish itself is being moved by the wind. If you put the antenna up and then turn off the Nomad controller then there is very little resistance to hold the dish against the wind. Even with it powered up, the 24" dish is dramatically larger than the 18" dish (nearly twice the surface area) but the motor size and resistance is the same. This makes it much more subject to be being blown off target by the wind. While push the Find button should get it back on target it can be frustrating on a windy day.
