Today I tried to use my Motosat (Nomad 2 with MD500 (2 LNB). When it could not find a satalite due to trees I tried to stow it using the normal method push the stow button...but it would not....I had to use the emergency "unplug the green connector off the back of the control box and manually push it to its stowed position.

Has anyone else had these kinds of issues and if so what do I do next???

First thing to do is a test dish sequence. Connect it back up, turn it on, and then press and release the stow and search buttons at the same time. The stow button (I think) should flash while the dish goes through it's routine.

Many companies have Cuss-Some-More non-support departments.

Motosat has a very good Customer Support department

The phone number is in your owner's manual or Welcome to-MotoSAT here

Sometimes you just have to be patient and let them sit a while and punch the stow button on hold it for a few seconds. I have a TV and an Internet Motosat. The internet one I just open the web page and tell it what to do.
