I have used Sygic for the past four years.

One fee, and available to all your mobile devices, even ones you buy two years later.

Does not require broadband data for navigation.

GPS

Well thanks for the posts, picked up from Costco a Garmin Nuvi 2597 LMT and downloaded the updated maps, also have CoPilot downloaded, Allstays Camp & RVs, also Passport America book, Woodalls West book plus set of maps.
Our journey has started, left home in Alberta Oct 22.
So far Garmin has been good and realy like Allstays app for finding camping and also Rest Stops.

Yeah and I wouldn't have gone from Greenville to Lake Toxaway over the mountain switchbacks because Rand McNally has a bogus weight restriction on their database on hwy 64:(
Gotta verify the route before I follow the rand!

I am a fan of HERE Maps. I use an old phone that which has long since been replaced by a newer model, but it runs HERE Maps just fine. It's my dedicated nav unit, that cost $0.00 incremental cost beyond the new phone I was buying anyway. Maps download for offline use, and it works quite well.

I just took Here Maps off my Samsung S-4 in favor of CoPilot.
On my phone, CoPilot maps are far easier to read, better contrast and more info.
BUT: Download #'s (when I checked) had Here Maps as more popular?
Just my opinion, not trying to start a war.

I only use HERE on my computer while traveling. I don't use it for a GPS.

It's easy with HERE to search and look at RV parks before we arrive, etc.

I used to use Google Maps exclusively but they changed the format about six months ago and that caused me to go looking for other map services.

It's always good to hear of other mapping systems though and I'll checkout CoPilot.
