Need Help with KVH R4SL

Ok, so I'm new at this, can't get the dish 211k receiver to find a satellite,
so I connected the laptop to the data port on the kvh. I get the following
out of the KVH

The last lines repeat every 30 seconds or so, and I am unable to
get it to respond to "HALT" command

Suggestions?

I believe the receiver must be a 311 for dish network.
Call KVH 401-847-3327 and ask tech services aboutthe problem and readout. Mine has been functioning well for three years.

Did you go to the 211k menu screen and run "check switch" at least two times? If not the R4SL doesn't know what satellites it's supposed to look for.
