All posts using "Find" are a bit aged. Like to hear from current users. Neighbors across the street use and love it for the free walkie talkie feature which is appealing to me. Have a brochure w/various plans but as usual are not altogether clear. The second important feature is internet access using it, and third is natch cell phone. Thought I'd ask hear before calling them. Thanks

Ask to see the detailed coverage maps. Nextel is still not coveing too far beyond larger ciries with lots of gaps in between. My wife has Cingular and I have Verizon from work. For the most part, Cingular has Verizon beat all to pieces. With Cingular's merger with AT&T, their coverage improved several fold.

For my money, I'd go with Cingular. The walkie-talkie feature is different, but you have to have the Nextel towers nearby to make it work.

I'm not much of a cell user but it's going to be a must. I didn'e even know any other company did the walkie-talkie feature.
