No Satellite Signal

We have a 2016, Shadow Cruiser S195WBS trailer. I have a good Satellite signal going to outside trailer hookup, but have no signal coming from the inside connection. Any suggestions? Am I missing a switch or something?

Do you have an over the air TV antenna? If so, there should be a power supply (some call it an amplifier) that needs to be turned off.

Also, are both input cables going to the TV? You may need to switch inputs via a TV menu.

Do you have an external satellite connection, or are you trying to use the TV cable input for your satellite signal?

You didn't mention what system you are using or if it ever worked inside the trailer. Here is a diagram of the system that I am using with our trailer. I use the satellite connection on the side of the trailer and a coax connector inside the trailer that is separate from the TV connector.

No Satellite Signal

Thanks to everyone who offered assistance. Turns out that the trailer was incorrectly wired at the factory. The cable from the outside Satellite connection was attached to the antenna receptacle on the panel inside. I switched the 2 connections inside and all works well.

Thanks again!
