Cool Headphones

I am looking for a set of headphones that does three things. When I drive I want to reduce the ambient noise, Bluetooth to listen to books or music and on my ultimate wish list communicate with my copilot. I have seen people talking as they hook-up at a sight with headgear, but is there the perfect one that does my three wishes?

A set of Bose headphones with a mixer on the input.
1. Mic on the co pilot
2. Source audio of music or book.
3. Open mic for Firetruck or traffic alerts.
Um, seems might be better with nothing.
#1 priority is driving and being the captain, aware of all surroundings.

There may be something out there. We have J&M in our helmets. They are for communication and are not noise cancelling.

In many states it's illegal to drive with headphones on unless they are built into helmets or single ear blue-tooth and used for communications. You have to check each State.
