OBD 1

Hello:

Since the scangauage doesn't work with OBD1, I'm trying to see my options. Here are 2 items that I found:
1. OBD Diagnostics, Inc. - OBD2 All-In-One Scan Tool w/ USB
OBD Diagnostics

2. 1320 Electronics LLC

#1 12 pin USB ALDL cable has extensive set of software and. The power lies in all the software and capabilities of a modern laptop.

#2 ALDL Android via bluetooth adapter has APPS.

Can you charm in on your experience/opinions on either/both. I'm leaning toward the ALDL bluetooth adapter cause you can use a tablet/phone vs. laptop. Size does matter in my cockpit. Thanks

I'd verify that the APPs will do all that you want. I've got a bluetooth and WiFi OBDII reader, and it's hard to find any APPs that deliver what they claim--- unless you pay more money.
