Question ODB2 type Android apps except for Diesel engines

My assumption is that Diesel motorhome engines do not have an ODB2 port, so apps like Torque cannot work with these engines. I think they may have something else similar, but I do not know what it is called. So does anyone know if they make apps like Torque for Diesel motorhome engines?

Here is a new one from Blue Fire Systems that connects to phone, tablet or computer.

I use the ScanGauge D on mine since I don't want another display on the dash and it will show four readings at a time.

SilverLeaf is the other commonly used system for display on computer, but I think it only works with a Windows based tablet or computer.

You are correct that there is no OBD port. On diesels it is a J1939 port and on your 2018 it's under the left side of the dash behind a round, green screw off cover. The same port may also in the rear inside the rear hatch on the Freightliner, but I'm not sure. My Power Glide has it at both locations.
