OTA recording on a computer

We have 2 TV's and a wingman HDTV antenna. I would like to hook up the rear TV to record on a computer when there are 2 shows on at the same time we want to see. When we want to watch the other show we'll just go to the bedroom to watch it. I don't want it to be complicated as to watch the recorded show on both TV's

If you already have a TIVO in the house, it would be a simple solution.
