Are there any other providers for getting TV on the road other the Dish and Direct?
We are seriously considering going back to Comcast at home, but the we would have to find another provider for the MH
Suggestion please and Thank you

With that new style antenna in our RV usually when we park and I do a scan we get 20 to 30 channels. Most parks we go to also have cable but we also have Dish Pay as You Go.

We have Comcast at home for landline and internet, Direct TV is part of our package. But our bill just went up $30 a month starting on Jan 1. Need to figure out what's going on!

I find the same is true, (depending on my location), with the original 20 year old Winegard batwing antenna on my coach, (with this <$25 Wingman added).

In the US, it's pretty much those two for sat TV. Over the air TV is great if you are near the broadcast stations, not so much in remote areas.

Comcast and Time Warner Cable are raising rates. The reason given by TWC is that they need to raise rates to make up for customers they're losing to the competition. Well, Duh. They're going to lose another one -- me.
Going with Dish since I have an old deep-rooted hatred of AT&T who now own Direct.

Depending on our locatin and a good antennae we can get zero stations, not to mention zero cell coverage. Yes there are places where we can get lots of OTA stations but don't count on it.
In the US you are pretty much limited to either Dish or Direct. Both have their pluses and minuses. We have Dish and are satisfied with it. I have seen other posts about problems with Dish but I have not encountered any.

i found no longer in need of sat. for local programs, the jack antenna does an excellent job (if you have batwing type, you might get more). for cnn, hbo, espn... slingtv or other type of "box" is good enough (provided you have cell signal and unlimited data plan). i don't miss anything generally speaking.

if you are the type of person boondocking a lot in far remote areas that no cell signal are available, you better get a dish or dt.

Thank one and all. It may be that we stay with Dish. After looking at Comcast Triple Play "special offer" and then add up all of the "other incidentals" that they don't mention unless you keep pressing them for answers, then they are not so far apart in $$$ from what we have now. Might as well live with it for now.
