What advantage do we see when moving from a $200 color monitor to a $800 units?
Since clarity for a rear view camera doesn't have to be HD in order to see a car, could there be something else that we get the benefit of?
Braggin' rights. Look at many of the luxury items in today's RVs, they don't really need to be that automated or built in, they are for the Wow! factor. In addition they keep RV techs employed trying to keep them all working.

OH HECK, my mind is working on two tracks and they collided. I was asking about a Rear View Camera system's monitor....not a GPS (which is one and the same, mostly)
Mods, please trash this thread and I'll begin a newer, smarter one
