unless you have a regular or recurring need...

I've found that basic documents can be printed at MOST public libraries using their equipment (and ink and paper too)

emailing a document to myself on a gmail account that I can access almost anywhere
and then Control P

if you have a recurring need then measure the inside of your cabinet nearest where you do your computing and buy one that fits there. I have an older HP inkjet with me but still have never used it.

HP has a small model that takes up very little room. It is light and simple. I wish I could remember the model #. I looked into it when I started using a computer in the M/H. I have since stopped taking it due to ink drying out, I just did not use it enough.

Hi pjtaxi,
Printers are throw away devices. Office Depot, Staples, best Buy, etc. all sell just about the same thing at virtually the same price. L would do what was posted earlier. Take the measurement as to where you will store the printer and purchase one that fits.

Printer can have a lot of whistles and bells. Consider really knowing what you need before going to the store. Printing
1. text
2. photos
3. faxes receive
4. faxes send

HP and Epson make good printers.

I just bought a HP Photosmart all in one for my house, C410 If I recall. Relatively lightweight and smaller. The best part is it is wireless.

I carry a small HP color inkjet and I use it for correspondence and my wife prints photos. She's pretty popular at some events when she gives out photos.

HP D4360 It is fairly small. If you don't need a scanner it works for me.

Speaking of wireless printers, I am looking for recommendations for a small wireless printer that works with the new iPad. Anyone with a suggestion?
