I have no clue where this post should be so please move it where it is most appropriate.

Would someone please explain to me how I provide a link rather than cut and paste? For example www.1rv2.com. What I would like to do is if I see an article, web site, or post that I think someone else would be interested in, I'd like to put it in the format of the irv2 in the previous sentence.
