R4SL, what does "FAIL EL" mean?

Hi, I am using update wizard to switch R4SL from DTV to Dish. After install, I got this error. Does anyone know what the culprit might be? Thanks.

the last line keeps rolling...

don't know what these are telling me but guess it might work. i have a dish 811 receiver, not to expect i can get pics but intended to get signal strength. but so far it's none. i guess i would need a vip 211k...

anyone can tell how to interpret these?
