In our Pace Arrow we have a Samsung model LN32C350D1D LCD TV. The picture is good but the sound is very poor. I want to connect the TV audio to my Samsung home theater system. The only TV audio outputs is a digital, which I cannot use due to the location of the TV, and a audio output which uses a RCA "Y" cable. Now the problem is the audio output jack on the TV is not the usual type used for RCA cables. The TV manual says to use the "Y" cable with one male and two female ends, this I have done, with no success. Does anyone reconize this type of audio jack or is using one at this time?

It looks like the male end may be a stereo mini-plug.

Looks like a 1/8" stereo mini plug. Radio Shack should have a "Y" adaptor to take it to two RCA female jacks.

I have a "Y" cable but it doesn't fit snug like it should on a regulator RCA jack, it is very loose. This jack seems to me that the contact points are not the same as a conventional RCA jack. I have printed a picture of it and will visit a video / audio store soon.

I believe you want a 3.5mm mini plug to RCA cable. Here's a picture:

Is this what you have?

offshore,
The mini jack out should be analog so you shouldn't need a converter.
