Received new Mobley SIM card: Now What?

ATT had to send me a new SIM card as the one that came in the Mobley would not function. What do I have to do now to get it activated, and hopefully dodge all the problems that dealing with ATT bring up?

You can go to this website https://www.att.com/checkmyorder/act...ivateDevice.rt

Select the activation button under the cell phone picture (a wireless device). You enter the phone number for your Mobley, then confirm on the next screen the IMEI and SIM card numbers are correct. If they are click the continue button and your activated.

I assume you have to have it powered up in some manner to do this. Can’t just do it in your hand?

Update: I just followed your instructions,in my hand, and activated it(I hope). Now to power it up and see what happens. Btw, the instructions that cane with the Mobley did not work, but yours did. Thank you.

New update: got it registered and activated but something didn’t smell right. So got back in contact with ATT and discovered they had signed me up for some 5GB for 20$ plan. Spent the next hour + on the phone trying to get it changed to correct plan. Last person I spoke with in connected car division said she switched it to correct plan. 🤬 well we will have to see.
