Record Keeping Software for RVers?
Hi all
I used to have a windows app called RVNotebook. It is no longer available. I would like to keep track of campgrounds, places we have been, vehicle maintenance, fuel. RVNotebook had it all in one place. Microsoft has also dropped Streets and Trips so my favorite planning tool is gone.
Any ideas?

Software
We use app, aCar, to track fuel, maintenance, expenses, etc for all of our vehicles, including RV. Provides detailed history, charts, reminders. Highly recommend "pro version". App can export to Excel. We use simple Excel spreadsheet to log our travels, with expenses, campgrounds, propane, etc. Still use Streets & Trips for trip planning, in addition to Google, Good Sam, et al.

I use Notes on my IPad. One is a daily log of what we did, miles traveled, condition and price of the campground. Also write down any side trips and points of interest. The other is a maintenance log where oil changes, generator hours, battery checks, lube of the slide, steps and jacks and what ever other maintenance done is kept.
I takes a few minutes at night to update the logs.

If you had RV Notebook why not continue using it?? Also If you have a copy of Street & Trips keep using it, states are not building new highways so it will still work. If you need a copy of RV Notebook, PM me.

I use an app called RVC. It is free, it tracks campgrounds, has check lists, has a level (tells you what side to lift and by how much), maintenance history with reminders. Pretty good for free. Have been testing for a few months. Full version is $4.99. So far I like it a lot. Plan on purchasing after a couple of more trips, still looking for bugs, none so far.
I have an iphone, do not know if it has an android app.

I have been using the free version of RV Companion(RVC), it ok but a few times it has upgraded the app to a new version I lost the data that I had entered. This has happened at least three time in the last several years. Just a little frustrating.

I have found out that if you purchase the full version you will not loose your data during updates. This is what the app designer has said anyway, I to had that happen after an update. This is why I plan to purchase.

"Fuel Monitor "is what we use, it is a free app-for the Truck related stuff. Does a great job for reminders and trip expenses.
We use "Notes" for most everything else
Our Rand McNally Infotainment center as an option for keeping track of expenses ,as well, we do not use that
