We have a 2006 Pace Arrow. A Zenith vcr/dvd combo. A video entertainment system, the clock is set, we can watch a vhs tape or dvd with no problem but we can do is record a static sound no picture.

While it would have been easier if you posted this in the original thread you started, we can go from here...

OK it seems like the connection from the VCR/DVD combo is working. If I understand your response I am thinking there is a connection problem or set up error.

Next questions:

What are you attempting to record from? That is, the antenna or Satellite?

What makes you believe the recording does not happen?

Sounds like the input to the VCR is not set up. Can you watch the TV with it bypassed through the VCR.

You also need to set the VCR input to cable on some of the units.
