Removing King Dome

Hi all,

Our Pacifica came with an installed King Dome but we never use it. Does anyone know if it can be removed easily and if we can sell it used?

What year and model kingdome? Does it work?

You can remove it without too much difficulty. Cleaning up the sealer and making sure the screw holes (and the cable holes) are sealed good will be the only issue. Make sure you use some type of patching substance to cover the holes good, as well as sealing with new sealer.

It's a 2008 Pacifica. The National RV invoice says it is a Stationary King Dome, so I guess that's a 2200 or 2300. We have never used it. In fact, I can't find the wall switch that should enable it. That's the trouble with orphan RVs, no paperwork.
