Anyone know where/how to tighten the arm on the roof top Dish Antenna
(Wingaurd)?

Winds blew the dish so it was pointed straight up in the air, I have to
go up on the roof to get it back in place, so if there is an adjustment
I'll do it while I am up there!

If it is the manual version, take the dish off and lift off the rotating part. Under it you will find the elevation gear which is attached to the transverse shaft with a alan key. Tighten it carefully - it is plastic.
