Recently I saw a roof top dish on a Bounder which had the Dish 500 lnb, which I have read that some people have made the modifications so this will work. What I had not seen or read about was this dish was also skewed. It was a regular looking dish like a Winegard automatic style. I could not see the name on the dish by where the motorhome was parked without climbing on top to see. There was no one around to ask about the dish itself.
Has anyone seen one of these or made these modifications?

We had the automatic Weinguard antenna installed. We can get reception from either satelitte by just deploying the dish. Ours is the "old style" dish. The newer low covered unit designs also will receive from either satelitte. Hope this helps you.
