Satellite dish stepper motor

I have a 2007 KVH R4 dish on my coach and it will not rotate. I have removed the stepper motor (mineba Co.ltd. Type: 23LM-C309V, #T6325-01). I am unable to locate a replacement via the Internet. When I go to the KVH web site, I can't find any info or from the dish manual parts list. HELP!!!:

What did KVH say about getting you this part when you called them?
