Satellite Question

I have a dish receiver 211z and a 1000.4 dish. Every morning when I turn on the receiver it says get signal but never does. The only way I can get it to work is disconnect the coax cable from the back and then turn it back on. It then gets signal and down loads program guide and starts on work until the next morning and then I have to repeat the process. Not sure if the receiver and the LNB is causing the problem. Anyone have any ideals?

Call your sat provider. They will have the answer to your question.

Are you powering down the 120v AC line that powers your sat receiver??
