Satellite Radio & Speaker Issue

When using the satellite radio we will get a static sound in the right front speaker. When using the iPod, FM or CD - no static.

I don't think this could be a speaker issue since it is fin with FM & iPod.

Suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

is it static or just rough sounding ? you could very easily have a torn or blown speaker especially if your still using the standard ceiling mount speakers. switch left and right if the problem moves to the other side its the speaker.

Is the satellite radio a separate unit? Or built into your auto stereo? If it's a separate unit, try a different cable, or just reverse right to left and see if the noise changes.
