Screenshot program ?
Can anybody recommend a good screenshot program for a laptop or desk computer? I have tried several and I can't find one that will print the page full size! Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I can't seem to make it work!

Joe, if you're using a Windows OP, check out this link for information for a variety of ways of doing it without an App. Once the screenshot is saved, you should be able to use a photo or image manipulation program to crop and enlarge to a full page print.
If using a Mac OS, hold Command - shift - 4. The cursor changes to a cross, hold down the touchpad button to identify what on the screen you want to capture, release the button and it will save to the desktop.

Bob, I tried the Ctl + PrtScn and also the Alt + PrtScn. I don't find a Clipboard on my Windows 7 computer, only a Notepad.

Does it print the same size as the screen?

Joe, you might be making this harder than it needs to be (maybe).
The clipboard simply exists, it's not really something you FIND, it's just something you USE.
Try this.
1) Press Ctrl + PrtScn
2) Open Microsoft Word if you've got it, or WordPad (built into Windows) or even Notepad (last choice). (you can do this step first if you'd like, it doesn't matter)
3) Right-click your mouse and select 'Paste'.
The screen shot should now be in your document.
At this point you should be able to resize it (drag on the corners of the picture) to make it print as big as you'd like on the paper.
So if this works (fingers crossed) here's what happened.
When you press ctrl-prntscrn a 'picture' of your screen was written to the clipboard.
When you right click and 'Paste', whatever is on your clipboard gets written to the document.
You USED the clipboard, but you didn't actually FIND it.
BTW, all that said, I use a screenshot program called 'Greenshot' simply because it gives more choices about exactly what's captured and where it goes.
It's not free, but it's easy (which sounds a bit like me, actually ).

I tried that and it would not work with Notepad but did with Word! That will solve my problem! Thanks!

I don't have knowledge of the Greenshot program, I don't do Windows anymore. I think in the very earliest days of Mac and Windows(1986-7?) I vaguely recall you could actually see the clipboard, I believe it was a drop-down menu item, but for many decades it's just been a spot of memory created with CTRL-C (copy) or CTRL-X (cut) and then pasted into an appropriate place as CTRL-V. (paste) Can't use CTRL-P because that's reserved for printing.

I use the free version of Green shot. http://getgreenshot.org
It's simple to use and has lots of options. If you need a capture to fill a whole sheet of paper, paste the capture into a word processor and drag, enlarge, etc until it looks like what you want and then print. I do this all the time. (LibreOffice for a free word processor program)

Because notepad is text only and you are pasting a picture.
I use a free program called Jing by Techsmith that allows me to copy any part of my screen and save it either to my PC or online for sharing (like pictures for this site).
