Semi-recessed angled speakers?

I've seen these speakers in a couple of RVs. I think at least one was a Monaco. They're ceiling mount, at least semi-recessed. The speaker grill is angled down at around 45 degrees. The ones I saw were white or off-white.

Basically, they looked like a cube shape embedded in the ceiling.

Anyone know who makes these, or where I can get them?

I'm thinking of redoing the r/c/l speakers for our main TV surround system. I don't currently have a center channel speaker, and the R/L speakers are inside the cabinets and get in the way. I'm wondering if I can mount these in the top of the slide-out, just in front of the TV. Not sure how much depth they require, or if I have enough in the slide ceiling.

Thanks!

joe

I just looked at the Bose website, and don't see anything that looks like the ones I'm thinking of. Do you have a model number? Or photos?

Nothing near the quality of Bose speakers. I like good sound so if I were you I would try to find a place to mount a higher grade speaker.

I have those Jensen's and they are terrible.

Thinking of buying these from Amazon:

Amazon.com: Concertone W22 Surface Mount Wedge Speaker: Electronics

They are a little pricey with shipping.
