On my 311 and hd/dvr box, press MENU, 6,1,1 and you will be at the setup screen. you should be able to use the remote to move over to where box the has 110 and use up key to change to 119

On the receiver it is MENU 6-1-1

On the antenna it depends on the make and model (Assumes you have an auto-pointing antenna)

Once you have changed the receiver, change the antenna and re-point, once you have a GREEN signal bar do a CHECK SWITCH. When it completes you are done.
