Shaw Direct

Finally made a decision...we have gone with Shaw Direct. So...now we have the satellite dish and two PVRs...the question is...how to install it into our 2010 Open Range 391RES 5th Wheel.

Thanks for any help.

And if you go with an automatic system DO NOT go with the Motosat for Shaw. Total piece of junk. Switched to Wineguard and very happy.

Are you looking to install a permanent roof mounted dish (we have a Weingard which works great) .....or are you going to use a mobile tripod mounted dish? (we also use this method for times when he roof dish is blocked by trees -PITA)

Whichever method you adopt you are going to need a total of 4 coax feeds. Are any of your TV's located in slides?

Are you looking for a permanent professional installation or.....if you're just running cable from a ground mount dish you can feed it through an open window?

Unless you really know your way around an RV, I would pay to have a pro do the installation (particularly if you are looking to hook- up) a TV in a slide.

Good luck.

Hey Don....I was just using shorthand when I said Weingard....we have a Weingard (auto seeking slimline model something/whatever) I know it works because I'm looking at it right now!

Cheers
