MY big deal about all of this is landing on a factory tech person with a rant that (up until today) was nice enough to stop by and answer the occasional tech issues. If you want to yell in caps and tell someone what a stupid idea something is, go talk to sales and marketing, they sold it. If it didn’t do what it was represented to do, you should have returned it.

Either way, leave the poor folks trying to do us all a little good will service alone. They gave you the response from the factory… If you don’t like that, take it to the phone.

Hi Chuck,

You're welcome!

Take care,

P.S. The sarcasm was intended.

P.P.S. "Sarcasm OFF!" Sometimes it's best to recognize those who are in the best position to help you resolve your problem. Attacking that person might not be the most beneficial strategy.

Then you should have no trouble in making the cable work.

Hi Chuck,

Although I wasn't offended by your comments and have occasionally been less than completely civil in my own electronic communications, it's refreshing to see your apology. Many who, in my humble opinion, have done much worse than you, don't have the manners to offer an apology.

One of the things that I've appreciated here on iRV2 has been the friendly discourse and offers to share valuable experience with those of us just learning about RVing.

Look what SCVJeff did to his coach in an attempt to help me (a complete stranger) try to figure out my antenna issue:

Where else do you find such a friendly, helpful crowd?

Take care,
Stu

I did something like that with mine when it was brand new. Actually, I leveled it with the jacks when it was parked on ground that was about as unlevel as you made yours. The short version of the story is that I flexed the frame enough to crack the full panel windshield. $2,500 for the replacement - $1,000 deductible. I'd guess you're at less risk with a two piece windshield. Be careful.

Take care,
Stu
