Hi,
Anyone know if and how I can make up a route using Streets and Trips 2010 and then load this route into a Garmin 255W and run it ?

Don't know about the 255W, but I can do it with my Garmin 7200 and it's a couple of years old.

I believe that feature is only available with Street Pilot models.
