It is a 27"rca tube model, and it is built into a metal shell with steel cables running across it and around.

Hopefully someone with the same coach that has done the mod can further help you. I would start looking for mounting bolts/screws under or the sided of the fixture. You could also have molding that needs to come off to see the hardware. See if you can take photos of it as it's easier to figure out how it's mounted.

Well if it is anything like my 04 you have to start with removing the bottom of the cabinet under the tv. On mine there were 4 screws under little round plastic covers that pop off. That will expose the tv and the chassis that it sits in. You will have to get in behind the tv and look for screws that anchor it to the metal frame and remove them. The cable that you mentioned is connected to a winch that lowers the tv after everything is disconnected. Look in the top of the cabinet on the passenger side for a hole about 1.5" in diameter. Looking up into that hole you will see a bolt head. That's the winch. Put a socket wrench on it and start cranking to lower the tv. As I said that's the way it is on my 04 and yours may be totally different but maybe you will get some hints fromthis post.

Well that sure looks like you have the same exact mounting as mine, thanks for the info. I guess i will be looking for a 32"flat screen unit to mount in the hole after enlarging the sides.
