I finally had a chance to send an email to Progressive Industries about my EMS-PT50C portable surge protector.

When plugged in, it would report no errors, but would show 0 amps. In each case, there was power.

I sent them an email this morning, and the president of the company replied later today. He is going to send me a replacement.
No hassle at all.

Every company has a product that fails. It's how they respond that matters.
