TracStar sv360 Issue. Please help!!!

I'll try to be brief:
No signal on odd transponders. Ordered new LNB from Trac Star. Didn't fix it. Sent my original back for bench check. Nothing wrong with the original!
All of a sudden, it worked! Great reception, then NOTHING again!!!
Checked system numerous times. Terrific signal on the odd transducers, and nothing on the evens...
ANY IDEAS?!?!?!?!
Please help.

There is a tracstar box that takes the single lnb signal and converts it to 2 signals (must be in the same sat remember). I would start by checking to make sure that those cables are tight. The box is usually behind a panel near the tracstar control. Could also be your sat receiver?
