Tracvision update and Dish TV

Used the motorhome last week and had trouble doing the check switch. I could get the 3 satellites and a "SW64" message but it would not name the 129 satellite. Today I called Tracvision and found that Dish changed something in July and this necessitated a upadate in the Tracvision RF board software. Was told I need to have the dealer do the update. I have the flash software and will do it myself. I did a update of the software in May (the dealer was not familiar with my satellite dish) it is pretty straight forward.

I hate to say that I believe Trackvision has a sorry lot of dealers that bad mouth the products, some don't know they are dealers, have little expertise and have told me on numerous occasions, that they wouldn't be responsible to give me the free HD software upgrade to my dome sat because it may not work and they may not be able to get my sat working again. In retrospect, I'm sorry I factory ordered my sat when I purchased my motorhome. In my opinion, Trackvision SUCKS!

Let me know if you did this update as yet and if you had to do anything after the update? I had a bunch of step they walked me through post update. Like clear the RF board config and type in a number of commands. Went through this last year and got up to date. I have no updated since. Sounds like I need to again.
