I am now (for the past year) using Trailer Life Navigator 2007. Earlier versions had problems, 2007 works great. Has anyone who has used 2007 purchased the new 2008? Any major changes or added features with 2008?

I have 2007. Not even impressed with that software. It would be nice to have more info on every site on the map.I use Woodalls CD, Garmin GPS, and a cell phone. It sure would be nice to have every campground, RV park in a mapping program. I also use: Microsoft Streets & Trips 2008, Woodall's 2008 CD-ROM,Street Atlas USA 2008 Plus.

I have the 2008 version. Other than the database being updated to 2008, there have been some changes in the interface but nothing that I would call a major improvement. You can search for campgrounds in a couple ways, e.g. by giving a distance from a city.

RV Roamer... they canceled my order for 2008 due to some software glitch problems. Said it would be corrected and sent back out at a later date. Have you received the latest update to Version 8 ?

I have the 2008 version. It works great and is like Gary posted. Overall I like it better than the 2007 version.

I have 2008 version. It doesn't load on 2 of my 3 windows machines. TL said there was problem with software or cd and will re send when solved.
The copy in the machine that worked seems better then the last--2006 version. More info and better interface I think.
Making and using a copy of the cd seems to eliminate the loading issue.

The glitch was making it work with Vista. I got mine last week and it seems to work fine.

We have been using version 2008 since it came out. The latest update (not upgrade) of this version alerts the user of the steepest piece of highway grade and its location. I find this feature very handy.
Without the update, the location is unknown.

Sorry for the delayed response,Bob. I got the original distribution and it worked fine on both my XP machines, one Pro and one Home. Have also applied one update so far.
