TST model 510 Tire Monitoring System
I'm looking for a pdf file of the TST model 510 Tire Monitoring System. I want to toss the paper version. Looked high and low for it online and can't find it..... so far anyway. Anyone have it?

Send Dan Covington at TST a PM, He is in here often. I bet he would be willing to send you one.
If not, I'll scan mine and send it to you when I get back to TX on the 9th, if you don't have access to a scanner.

Here is the installation and programming guides for the 510 and 507.
Hope that helps.
510
1) Plug the monitor into the cigarette lighter in the dashboard.
2) While the monitor is charging, install the sensors onto the valve stems using the tool included.
3) To program the system, it is necessary to input the sensor ID numbers into the monitor. Simply hold the SET key down for six seconds (until you hear the monitor beep). Then, the display will show FFFF. Simply scroll the first digit up or down using the (+) or (-) keys. Then hit the MODE button to move to the next digit in the sequence and do the same.
4) Hit set when finished and hit set to get to the next desired tire location for programming. (All available twenty-two tires will show on the monitor while programming. Upon completion, only the tires being monitored will show up on the display.)
5) To set the high and low tire PSI values, simply hold the MODE button in for six seconds. Use the (+) and (-) keys to program the system into the desired PSI/Fahrenheit measurement units. Hit MODE again and scroll the numerical PSI values into position using the (+) and (-) keys. Typically, the PSI settings should be 10% above and below the manufacturers recommended PSI cold values.
6) Hit the SET key to retain the values programmed.
7) The tire temperature should be changed periodically and it is suggested that the high temperature threshold be approximately 20% above the outside temperature. The system can be set to 130 degrees Fahrenheit as an acceptable default temperature.
8) Take the monitor outside and walk around the vehicle with it to speed sensor data acquisition.
9) Hold the (-) key in to turn the system on or off.
10) The system will not shut down when connected to a power supply.
How to install the 507 TPMS
Programming Your Sensor Codes
Step 1: Charge it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2: Turn the monitor on by the on switch on the side of the monitor.
Step 3: Hold down CODE button located on the top of the monitor for 3 seconds.
Step 4: Press the + or – buttons to go to the tire you would like to program.
Step 5: Once you have the tire you want to program press the CODE button DO NOT HOLD this time.
Step 6: A red light will turn on at the bottom right hand corner of your monitor.
Step 7: While the red light is on hold your sensor up to the bottom of the monitor. Once the senor is programmed it will show the sensor code on the monitor screen. Write down that code on the diagram paper in the correct wheel spot.
Step 8: Once that sensor is programmed press the + or – buttons again to get to the next tire you want to program.
Step 9: Repeat steps 4 through 8 until all tires are programmed.
Step 10: Press MODE to store the sensors and to see them on your monitor screen.
*At this time I recommend putting your sensors on your tires.
Setting Your Sensor Parameters
Step 1: Hold down MODE button for 6 to 8 seconds.
Step 2: PSI should be blinking in the middle of the diagram, press the MODE button twice until the first axel is blinking and the PSI indicator is flashing at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: By continuing pressing MODE you can skip to the tires you need (the tires you have your sensors on).
Step 4: The first Icon is for the high pressure, this icon is a circular icon it is supposed to look like an inflated tire it is also a little bigger than the low pressure icon. Use the + or – buttons to move the number high or lower.
*Tip the PSI should be 15% above and 10% below your actual tire pressure.
Step 6: Once the high pressure is set press MODE again to move it to the Low pressure. When on low pressure it will show a different icon, this icon is smaller and is supposed to look like a flatten tire or a tire going flat.
Step 7: Again use the + or – buttons to get the correct number for the low pressure. Once you have the correct number for those tires press MODE again to move to the next set of tires. Do the same thing until all tires are programmed.
**Example: If your tire pressure is 100 you will need to set your high psi at 115 or close to it, and then set your low psi at 90 or close to that.
Step 8: Once you have all your tires PSI programmed press MODE until you get back to the original PSI sign. Once here press MODE once and it will either show an F or a C. choose which ever one you would like by pressing the + or – buttons. When you have chosen one, press MODE 9 times until you reach the temperature setting.
Step 9: Your temperature should read 158 F or close to 158 F or 70 C or close to 70 C. If it is not at the correct temperature then once again press the + or – buttons to change the Temperature to the correct temperature.
Step 10: Once you have the PSI and the temperature set at the correct settings press SET to save it.
Step 11: Wait for your tires to show on your monitor along with the PSI and temperature. Be patient this could take awhile.
NOW YOUR 507 TMPS IS PROGRAMMED AND READY TO GO!
*Tip to see a specific tire press the + or – buttons until you get it.

I sure hope that was a cut and paste, if not that was a ton of typing.

And it was on my iPhone. Nothing is too much for a fellow forum member. Besides that , it was a copy and paste from an email that TST had sent me.
