TV 2 problems

Hi. I am having issues with the bedroom TV. Using the antenna with a digital converter box I am unable to change channels on that TV. I have to change the channels at the converter box. When on cable we get less channels on TV 2. I have replaced the converter box, the distribution box and the antenna. Any ideas?
Thanks

That is normal if you have an older TV. The converter box becomes the tuner for the new digital signals and converts it to a usable analog signal for the non digital TVs. The TV just receives the signal, normally on either channel 3 or 4.

I am sorry I should have said Both TV 1 & 2 are new. Also in the past we were able to change channels on 2.
Thanks

If the TVs are new why are you using a digital converter box? That was a device used to enable old TVs to receive digital channels. There is no need for such a box with any TV sold since ~2007.
