I hope the wife does not make you get up there too many times to adjust it when she wants to watch a different channel especially in the rain.

On the units base, near the cover over the gear should be a small, black rubber/plastic plug. You are supposed to remove the plug and spray silicone spray in the hole to lube the base plate. Reminds me, I need to do ours again.

Don't want to keep any one hanging or staying awake at night worrying about my issue. I found that I have a cap on the outside portion of the unit that has a rubber cap. I got some dry lube a tube of graphite and puffed it in there and turned the unit by hand a few times and it freed up what ever was stuck. All is well with Homeless TV now. Thanks for the help.....
