Just got off the phone with Jensen (ASA Electronics) and they will send off a software update to eliminate this problem. I got the phone number from Winnebago when was up there. There was another owner there having the same problem and they called Jensen to find out what was going on. The first thing I have to do after talking to Jensen is to give them the serial number so they know which software update to send me. I have to remove the TV from the wall which is a little involved because I have to take off some of the trim around the TV to plug in the update. They are sending me the update with a UPS return sticker to return iut when I am done. I have a different number (888-332-1506 and ask for Lonnie) then listed above and the person I talked to knew exactly what I was talking about. I will let you know how it turns out.

Some of you may recall that I had this issue and posted a question about the problem several months ago (early summer I think). After reading this thread I contacted ASA and they shipped me the equipment to update the TV memory and it was very easy. My TV removal was very easy and it only took about 15 minutes from start to finish... and I wasn't hurrying. Most importantly, it worked! Thanks so much ASA!
