USB attached Bluetooth receiver for RCA RTD258

Hello Guru's,

I am searching for some type of device that will USB attach to the RCA RTD258RV receiver in our 09 Monaco Camelot 40QDP to will enable me to stream music from an iPad/iPhone/MBP/etc. I would prefer to plug into the USB port in the front of the receiver because things are rather tight in this compartment.

If anybody reading this found something that would enable me to do this, I would appreciate hearing about it.
