Use Wingman on Commander Antennae

Have a 2009 Carriage Cameo with a Commander antennae. We are currently in FL and find that cable is no longer available. Using just the Commander we occasionally get "weak or no signal" on the TV. Saw the Wingman by Wingard that is supposed to increase the signal reception. It is attached to their Wingard by removing some rubber tips that I assume cushion the antennae on the roof. Plastic screws then snap this adaptor in these holes. Would it be possible to maybe drill holes in the Wingman to match with the plugs in the Commander to use it?

That's a difficult question to answer unless you have the wingman to match it up to the antenna. The only advice I can offer is to check the antenna head in the vicinity where you intend to drill for electronics as there is in the Winegard antenna.

The Winegard Wingman attaches to the bottom of the Winegard antenna by removing the four rubber bumpers and reattaches thru four plastic push rivets. There are no other connections to make so I would take a look at the top of your antenna and see if you can attach it there without risking drilling into the electrical portion of your antenna.
