Using an AirLink101 Wifi antenna

Occasionally I have to use my Airlink 101 computer antenna to access the campground Wifi, but that antenna also causes the computer to go to the Blue Screen and i have to Restart the computer all over again several times a day.

I've tried to find out the problem by calling the company I ordered the Airlink from but got no response from them at all.

Would any computer experts here have any idea why I keep getting the Blue Screen while using this antenna? And I can't access the CG Wifi without using it. It's about the size of a pack of cigarettes and the top half lifts up when in use.

In my experience when Windows gives a blue screen of death it means the driver is incorrect. Google Airlink101 driver. Hopefully the Airlink website will have one. Be careful downloading a driver from an unfamiliar website. Hopefully that works and God Bless.

Appreciate the information. On Google Airlink101 there are several links that say will update the Airlink driver and include they also have Driver Assists that will search your computer to make sure the update will work and no other problems exist then proceed to download the update. This all sounds scary since I have no way knowing which one would be sincere.

Going to the Airlink website it says they furnish the update download free for the Airlink101, but also says it is technological advanced and should not be attempted by anyone not very computer literate. This also has a tendency to send me packing since I'm very computer illiterate, almost a Computer Dummy.

Still getting several Blue Screens several times a day while using the Airlink 101. Mine is Model AWLL3055, which Airlink says is outdated and replaced by AWLL5055.
