Starting March 2 2008, all newly activated Verizon EVDO Data plans include overage charges (including tethering plans for cell phones and PDAs).

Many RVers thinking about an Verizon EVDO data plan might struggle with the decision to sign up for Verizon service, because they don't know for sure what their internet activities will amount to on a monthly basis.

This thread/poll asks all existing Verizon data plan customers to please answer the poll question about their "average monthly data usage" and then to add to the thread describing your typical internet activity.

In your description of activity, include details such as:

-- your average monthly data usage, as actually reported by verizon.
-- whether verizon EVDO is your primary or secondary internet connection.
-- how many people typically use the connection at any one time.
-- what kinds of activities you routinely use the connection for.
-- how many hours a day you think your connection is 'active'.
-- whether or not you use an EVDO router with your device.

Feel free to elaborate on anything else that you think a fellow RVer may find useful to compare against how they might be going to use a new Verizon account.
