If memory serves, I thought I'd read on here that some of you are using the USB720 Modem to connect via Verizon's EVDO Broadband. If so, have you had any problems with the USB720? I've heard that a few folks are noticing they tend to hang up once in awhile.

I haven't seen it with mine. I used it all winter without problems.

I have had mine for a while also, and use it regularly in a router with no issues. Yours it the first I have heard of it.

Thanks Bob,
I do visit the site from time to time. Lots of good info, I think I will visit more often now that I am on the road full time.

I have used my 720 for several months in different locations and found that it worked great.

Don't forget to update your USB 720, just like a cell phone updates for the PRL's. If you run it through a router take it out and put it in the computer and open the VZW main but do not open the connection, go to options and hit activation. Disconnect to finish the update.
