Voice from a previous site still talking
Within the last day or two I was watching a repair video on Youtub and this evening no matter what web sites I'm on the voice from that Youtube is explaining what I was watching at that time. How do I locate it and shut off the voice? Don't remember whether or not I minimized that particular site or not but I don't see anything now in my list of saved minimized programs.
My browser, Firefox, crashed a little while ago and had to restore all my programs so maybe something screwed up in the process.

Guess I hollared too soon, I just located the voice and got it turned off. Thank goodness, it was getting really obnoxious while trying to read a different web page.

In Windows machines, select Alt, Control, Delete at the same time. Your Task Manager will open up. (If you have Windows7, the screen will have the Task Manager at the bottom of the list.)
Look in "Applications" for the program that is running the video. Highlight it and select "End Task"
Hope this helps
I see you fixed the problem. Good for you.

It's going to be a long winter I'm afraid.

So you are hearing voices eh? Are you sure they are coming from the computer?

Maybe not, I do have a ringing in my ears so maybe it has changed to voices. Course this voice was trying to explain how to test capacitors in my Transmission Control Unit for my 1991 Honda Accord. I'd be interested if I hadn't already heard it.
Already feeling the cabin fever so no telling what I'll be hearing in another couple of months.

Glad you found and slayed that voice. I was going to suggest a Priest might be able to exorcise that for you. But if it is just cabin fever, no harm, no foul. Winter is only 3 more months.

Ah! It is 9:00 p.m. and a few minutes on Christmas Eve, 2012. The RV Blow up is inflated in the front yard and Santa pops his head out every few seconds. There are no voices, just the merriment of Christmas in the neighborhood.
Oh! The air conditioner here in the house is running.
Texas, don't you love it.
The high here Wednesday will be 48 degrees but then we have another warming trend. As I tell everyone, we have two weeks of winter but it is a day here and a day there and it adds up to 2 weeks.
