Has anyone used this system? I would like to hear some real world comments.

I've seen it demo'd at CW and it worked as advertised. My big fear with it is theft, it has a good chance of walking away, and that's a lot of money to lose that easily.

Yeah that is a concern of mine. We were considering putting on top of the coach and then removing it when we leave. It seems very light and portable so it would not be much trouble. I am glad to hear that it worked good.

I've seen a few at campgrounds and the couple of folks I talked to are well pleased with the performance and sat finding. The ability to move it around to avoid trees is a huge advantage. Easily stolen major disadvantage. I saw one that was secured by a bike chain. Don't know how it was attached though.

Well I have been doing a little research and it seems this unit can only recieve one satellite at a time, that is a problem, since you would continuously have to adjust it. Do the dome units that go one the top of the coach typically track more than one satellite, say for instance like Dish 500 which has three if you have HD.

I believe it toggles between two satellites with a button.

The VuCube and every dome on the market can see only one satellite at a time. If you want HDTV then no dome or the VuCube can handle this with DirecTV but if you can configure the dish to move between the 2 Dish Network satellites it will still be usable.
Only the open face dishes can see multiple satellites simultaneously.
